*Be respectful and well-mannered from initial inquiry to the end of our meeting.

*Personal hygiene is important.  If I feel your personal hygiene is not presentable, I will ask you to freshen up appropriately.

*Locations excluded for local outcall are Alexandria, Woodbridge, Fredericksburg, and Maryland (except Baltimore/BWI area). The areas listed would fall into my Travel to You option.

*Outcalls are only at 3 star or better hotels. If you are disabled and prefer to host in your own private residence, I am open to visiting you there. Please kindly let me know.

*Any excessive communication will result in being blocked.

*I DO give references for any client that I have seen within 6 months. Please have the provider email me directly.

*I DO NOT accept references or any "verification" websites (such as P411) or "whitelists" as part of screening.

*Meetings 4 hours or more, must include a meal taken care of by you and a non-private activity (a nice meal together out or ordered in counts as both).

* I am disabled friendly.

* I will gladly meet you as long as you are over the age of 25.
